Swim Class

700 yards warm up
200 yards free w/ fins
100 yards free
4 x 50 backstroke
100 yards free
4 x 50 breaststroke
100 yards free
4 x 50 medley
100 yards free
5 x 50 free

I hate every stroke but free. This work out wasn't hard but the other strokes were frustrating.

I too hate the other strokes. For some reason, I can't do the breast stroke to save me and always end up snorting a ton of water on the back. I can fly okay, but its always a suffer-fest.

My legs don't really like the way the kick is done in the breaststroke. It actually becomes painful after a bit. And I am super slow in the backstroke.
