Swim Class 5/13
I continue to put these workout up because there are a couple of people that care, to those that don't--ignore the following.

Bummer that your class is doing the 'other strokes' the month before Boise. I felt incrementally dumber after each practice in February and March.
I agree, the other strokes do me very little good at this point. But at least the class gets me out swimming in the morning.
If the weather starts turning nice I will start doing my runs at the same time on my other mornings. I have had difficulty finding time lately. Well, I could have been doing it after 8:30 or 9pm, and by then I am not usually in any sort of mood to workout.
