I had forgotten that he used to be out there. I am also thinking about Fred at Wolfhound. He doesn't so much to the lugs, but he does some mean brazing. Both are in Oregon. I would like to keep the bike some where close to home or somewhere to which I frequently travel, Utah is such a place. I make at least one trip out there a year, usually in the fall, to stay with Fish and the family.

Anyway, I have seen a coconino--very nice stuff. I had forgotten about him. I don't have the patience to wait for a Vanilla, but I have thought about one of his Speedvagen cross bikes.

Thanks for the note, can't wait to see Fish's ride when it is done.Mr. Flynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12131351643307288629noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3144961512576986713.post-90009126284425922112007-12-19T06:26:00.000-08:002007-12-19T06:26:00.000-08:00mr. flynn-Thanks for your interest in what I am do...mr. flynn-
Thanks for your interest in what I am doing. Fisher has been patiently waiting for this bike to come together for about 6 years now and I am just as excited that it is coming together as he is.
My framebuild list is only about 14 bikes deep right now, but at the rate that I build them, we may all be fossilized by the time I hit the end. That being said, and having somewhat of a feel for what you are looking for, I would highly recommend giving Steve at Coconino Cycles a call. I have a link on my blog to his site. He lays down the finest fillets that I have seen since Ross Shafer, and builds beautiful, straight, and thoughtful frames.
Give him a looksee. Also, Tony Pereira of Pereira Bicycles is a utah builder who relocated to Portland. You may want to give him a look too.Sabrosa Cycleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14451315306445327477noreply@blogger.com
